Look What I Found
While corralling all of the recent pictures on my computer I found these photos of Taylor and I from our first trip to New York together (my first trip there ever.) Back before we were engaged, before my surgery, before Taylor started keeping his hair short.

What We've Been Up To - Part 1
Soooo I have finally gotten my act together enough to update you on all of the AWESOME things we have done in the past few months. I apologize, but its been crazy busy over here what with the moving, and the wedding planning, and the work, and the life stuff. I hope the next couple of posts make up for us being MIA!
Lets start with our trip to New York back in July! And by our I mean mine, as Taylor hung out with a couple of his groomsmen and his family that day in Jersey.
I am not a huge fan of New York. I get that it is full of life and culture and amazingness, and there are a bajillion places I want to go there (Murray's Cheese Bar anyone?) but its just not my favorite place. There is TOO much going on, and lets face it, when I am not 100% sure of everything I tend to get all hivey. However! I have to admit to having a ton of fun when I went into the city with my mom and her friend Lucy. Mainly because we got popsicles.
You are warned now that this is an INCREDIBLY long post.

New Jersey Trip
As I am sure all of you know we went up to Jersey this past weekend. We mainly went up for the bridal shower Taylor's mom threw me, but Taylor also managed to get some quality hang out time in with some of his friends and I managed to fit an entire day of New York exploration in.
It was a pretty fantastic weekend, though I have to admit to being a little bit exhausted afterwards. I was SERIOUSLY spoiled at the bridal shower and it was fantastic to finally meet people who's names I had only seen on paper or heard in conversation up till then.
I plan to do two in depth posts about the weekend after I have rounded up all of the photos we took, I seem to have misplaced my digital camera. (Mom...do you have that?) In the meantime if any of YOU have any pictures you took over the weekend I would love to see them and maybe throw a few up on the blog. You can send them to evandtay@gmail.com.

Happy New Years!
YAY! Happy New Year everyone!!!! There is nothing better than a brand new year. Its so full of potential. You can make grand goals and expect to actually make them happen because you have all year to do so!
This is a pretty exciting year for Taylor and I what with the whole getting married thing. There is pretty much nothing better to look forward to than a wedding. Particularly when said wedding is your own. Its going to be awesome.
Anyway, have some photos from our train trip into New York on Saturday. I adore trains and acted like a tourist. I am not ashamed.
And two random ones from New York itself.
The Meatball Factory was super delish. I recommend it for sure!
